How Are Orders Processed?
- 1.Orders placed before 2:00 PM on weekdays ship the same day.
- 2.Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends ship the next business day.
- 3.You'll receive a tracking number by email and SMS once your order ships.
- 4.Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days.
When Delivery Doesn't Happen
- — No shipments go out on official public holidays.
- — Orders that can't be delivered due to incorrect address information are returned to our warehouse; our team will notify you.
- — The carrier makes one additional delivery attempt for orders that can't be delivered at the door.
Item Arrived Damaged
If your item arrives damaged, have the carrier note it in a delivery report and send a photo report within 72 hours to info@quleuniform.com.tr We'll send a free replacement.
