You can return any tagged, unworn item free of charge within 14 days of delivery — including discounted or promotional items.

Exception: Personalized items with a printed name, title, or logo are excluded from returns and exchanges under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, Article 15 (except in case of a production defect).
