Orders placed before 2:00 PM on weekdays ship the same day; orders placed after that ship on the next business day.

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.

Under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 (TKHK), you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. The item must be tagged, unworn, and unused. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility under TKHK, but you can request a free return code through our partner carrier (MNG Kargo). Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method within 3–7 business days after inspection. You can start the process from our Return Request page, where the shipping label and the whole process are handled. Note: personalized items (name, title, logo printing, or embroidery) are excluded from the legal right of withdrawal under TKHK Art. 15.

Yes. Under Turkey's distance sales regulations (TKHK No. 6502), you have the 14-day legal right of withdrawal on all items, whether discounted or promotional. The only exception is custom orders with printing/personalization.

Items with printed names, titles, or logos cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a production defect.

Yes, you can exchange for a different size within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is tagged and unworn. Use the Return Request form for exchanges.

QuleSOFT™ fabric needs specific care for long-lasting use. Wash dark colors at 30°C and light colors at 60°C on a normal cycle. Never use bleach or fabric softener — they permanently damage the moisture-management and anti-odour properties. Washing inside out preserves color vibrancy longer. You can tumble dry on low heat or hang dry in the shade; high-heat drying damages the fibers. It is easy to iron; if needed, iron on low heat. Quick treatment with cold water is recommended over chemical stain removers. Following this care routine keeps the fabric looking its best for longer.

Yes. The Zeyra and Moon series in Qule's women's collection are specifically designed to be modest-appropriate. Shirt-collar styles sit fully at the neck and arm line; the pants styles offer sufficient length and a roomy cut. The Zeyra series combines a shirt collar, long sleeves, and long bottoms into a complete set that meets modest dress standards. QuleSOFT™ and QuleLAST™ fabrics' opaque weave is non-see-through, so extra lining usually isn't needed even in light colors.
